Money-back guarantee

Shopping at Pepco stores is always a safe choice. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will refund your money under the Money-back Guarantee service. You have up to 30 days to return the purchased item at Pepco*. Bring your receipt and the item in its original condition (with tags and without signs of use), and we will refund the amount shown on the proof of purchase. The refund will be processed using the same method as the payment (cash refund, refund to payment card). *Please note that certain personal use items listed below are not eligible for return.

How to return a product?

Product return

You have 30 days to return the item at any Pepco store across the country.

Receipt

You only need a fiscal receipt, a replacement receipt, a VAT invoice, or a correction of the VAT invoice – the original confirming the purchase of the item and the item itself must be in perfect condition (undamaged, with tags, and showing no signs of use).

Refund

Refunds are processed using the same method as the payment. In the case of a return to a debit card, the funds should be credited no later than 14 days from the date of processing.
